  • If there is no official receipt generated or confirmation received after payment, the order will be deemed invalid and cancelled for safety and transparency.

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the product upon receipt, they may file a complaint, which will be reviewed thoroughly. Based on the outcome, a full refund may be issued as per our Refund Policy.
