Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and regulatory restrictions, we do not accept returns of medications once they have been shipped and delivered.

2. Refund Conditions

We offer refunds or free reshipments in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If the order arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

  • Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days, you may request a full refund or a free reshipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays and local postal services. Please allow a grace period before filing a non-delivery complaint.


3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us at customercare@zyloxd.com with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items)

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at customercare@zyloxd.com with your order number.


5. Important Notes

  • We do not refund due to change of mind or personal preference after shipping.

  • Refunds are not available for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs rejections, or failure to pick up the package.

  • Refunds will not be issued if a prescription was required and not provided (when applicable).
